Shipping and Delivery
We don't charge any handling fees, picking fees, packing fees, and most of the time even Shipping fees. We can't guarantee exactly when you will recieve your order but most of the time its VERY fast. We try to ship each order out the day it is made if we get it before 12:00 noon EST. During holidays and busy seasons like new product launches this may be slightly more delayed.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with PUMP! late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.
Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should add an additional $5.00 charge for standard Shipping & Delivery. Orders arrive in 7 to 9 business days when ordered before 12:00 noon (PST).

Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your PUMP! order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless somehow it is defective (which rarely every happens) but there have been a few incidents here and there. All other returned merchandise should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
When returning a gift, a PUMP! Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases online on www.pumpunderwear.com.
Returning Merchandise by Mail
Ti request a reutrn, please log into your account to find your PUMP! order. If within the allowed timeframe, there will be an option for returns beside your order in your account. Please select the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment and the situation). You will be emailed with the status of your request and further instructions.
Enclose a printout of your return or packing slip with your item(s) (or make sure to label the package clearly with your RMA Return Authorization number). You can use one of the pre-paid return labels that we have available at a cost of $10. This will be deducted from your refund/credit. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping to get your excahnges back to you however we do request you cover the shipping fee on the return itself. Detailed instructions are available once your return is approved. Ensure proper return address and credit information. IMPORTANT Unless we provide the shipping label to you, items must be returned using United States Postal Service or Canada Post ONLY. We will not accept any other carrier returns and they are automatically refused in which case you will not get them back, and a refund or exchange will not be processed.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for PUMP! to process your return and a little longer should the shipping method be delayed.
